Just a note...

to let you know I am back from the Thanksgiving holiday. I am busy, busy completing Christmas orders and cards, but I had to post about probably the most beautiful wedding I've ever done (also the coldest!!) Here's a sneak peek at Mandi & Dave's wedding.  Mandy, your previews will be in by the end of the week!

       

I've also had the chance to work with Ashton from Kinston for her senior portraits.  We had lots of fun and isn't she gorgeous?!

   

     

Here's a little sampling...

  of what we've been up to.  I have so many images I would like to post, but I'll start with these and hopefully post some more by the end of the week.  The Christmas rush is upon us, but I thought you would like to see some of the most recent images.

Here's Miss Anna Grace... I have photographed this sweet child since she was 3 months old. My how she's grown, and what a personality!

   

The Burkhardt children were so much fun! Their mom actually purchased the session at the Andalusia Ballet Auction which helps to fund the association and, hopefully in the near future, a new ballet studio.  If you know of any fund raising events that would like for us to participate, just let us know.   

Baby Mason was only 9 days old when he came to see me.  He is one of our newest members of our baby program.  We now have 3 different baby plans each with different gifts.  Call the studio for more details.  Isn't he precious?!   

Two more of our baby plan members are Miss McKenzie and Mr.Wyatt...

   

The Lasiter children are always so sweet to work with.  We did both location and studio sessions this time, and as always, I get a big hug from Shannon-Reid.

 

My Little Goblins...

I LOVE Halloween!  It's my chance to dress up the kids and have fun!  I just had to share these of my little Cleopatra and Pharoah... aren't they precious?!

By the way ...November is booking up VERY quickly!! If you would like to schedule a session for Christmas gift giving, please call as soon as possible so I can fit you in.  

       

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like...

CHRISTMAS!! I am getting the Christmas fever a little early I know.  But we have new Christmas card designs this year and it has me thinking... why not offer MINI-SESSIONS so you can have the perfect image for your cards and gift-giving?  So... for TWO DAYS ONLY, Tuesday, October 21st and Tuesday, October 28th, we will have mini-sessions for the holiday season.  Packages will include a reduced session fee and 25 Christmas cards.  Call the studio for more details.

Here's a quick look what's been going on here at the studio... beautiful children, families and seniors.  It's funny how I see all stages of life through photography... new life, the bond between siblings and parents, and seniors about to leave the securities of home for the great big world.  I have such a wonderful job!!! 

And I couldn't wait any longer... I have posted a couple of the images created for Lulu's boutique.  These are some of my favorites, but you'll have to wait to see which ones Jennifer chooses.  We also have one more session to go.

A little bit of everything...

 We have had so many different sessions in the past few weeks - from "smash cake" birthday sessions to family and baby milestone sessions - lots to do!! 

Don't let Christmas sneak up on you!  We're now booking sessions for Christmas cards and gift portraits.  To ensure Christmas delivery, sessions need to be booked by November 10th.  For the cards, you need to book by the end of October.  We'll have lots of new designs for the holiday season. 

*Studio hours are now Tuesday - Friday from 9:00 to 2:00.  Sessions may be booked after normal hours and weekends for an additional fee.  Feel free to call the studio if you have any questions.

Beautiful Bride

Now that the wedding has come and gone, I get to share these images from the bridal session.  I love it when I catch the real expressions like these with Candace.  These are definitely my favorites.  And what a beautiful wedding it was!  I'll have to post those a little later on...

Down at the River

I had the opportunity to spend some time with the Harper and Dubose families recently. They were such a joy to work with and the children were so sweet even though it was so HOT!  I think these images are some they will really cherish in the years to come.

Sweet Audrey

This little one has to have the sweetest blue eyes ever!!  She was such a joy to work with!  These little ones change so quickly - cherish every moment!!

Summer's HOT!!

I can't believe it's already the middle of June!  We've been so busy - lots of different sessions - from babies to seniors to a couple of weddings this month. 

In doing wedding and children's photography, I get the unique experience of photographing the wedding and then meeting the new additions a few years later.  When you've known your clients that long they're no longer just clients, they're friends. 

I've posted a sampling of what we've been up to... there's just not enough time to post them all, although I would like to.  I'll be adding new images to the galleries on the website soon too!!
